11 Top-things to Watch-out in eBay – Yaballe

While Yaballe helps you automate a lot of your daily overhead, there are certain things you need to watch out on eBay side.

4. Orders are not fully synching to Yaballe	Yaballe can't automatically process and track un-synched orders Yaballe can't convert tracking IDs	Verify Yabllae can properly connect to your store (valid token, valid eBay user ID, etc.) Verify that all listing are monitored in Yaballe - sync listings that are not
5. A former monitor is still monitoring your eBay listings in parallel to Yaballe	Item's pricing in eBay is off, resulting in orders with negative profit (loss) Item's pricing update keep changing back after few hours	API users: revoke other 3rd party apps authorization in eBay. *6. eBay auto-return labels* is enabled**	eBay return labels will use the item location address instead of the Amazon's one - so returns won't get to their right place and Amazon won't refund it	Make sure RMA number is on in eBay

End-buyer asks to return a product but Amazon won't allow it Note: sometimes you won't be able to return a product and/or receive a refund to Amazon because of their return policy (e.g. food), or the account from which the order was made became restricted, or they claim the return package didn't reach their hub.	If too many return requests don't meet the returns policy - eBay might downgrade your seller ratings and eventually restrict the store	Decide about an order that can't return to Amazon if to Absorb the loss Negotiate with your end-buyer (e.g. keep the item, and get X% refund) To protect from losses - consider raising your default breakeven% for future and existing listings (cover cost-of-doing business) If you are fulfilling orders with Yaballe - learn the service policy to understand returns and refund limitations
8. Order delivery date passed, but converted Tracking IDs aren't updated as 'delivered' in eBay orders page	If too many orders don't update - eBay might downgrade your seller ratings and eventually restrict the store	Make sure that the delivery date passed ('Estimated Delivery Date' + 1) If you are fulfilling your orders yourself: use the Manual Tracking Number Conversion button in Yaballe> Auto Tracking > +More If you using Yaballe fulfillment: contact Yaballe Support
9. Orders can't ship because of California state Note: California state regulations restrict certain products from entering the state via courier shipment - then, Amazon order is cancelled.	If too many orders are cancelled - eBay might downgrade your seller ratings and eventually restrict the store.	Cancel your end-buyer order in eBay with the reason Wrong Address + contact your end buyer to let them know you're cancelling their order Decide about the product that can't ship to CA if to: Delete it from the store + report to Yaballe VeRO list to avoid future listings (include failed order details) Contain the risk - if the product sells well and not too many orders are from CA
10. Order fulfillment time is longer than your policy (eBay handling + shipping days)	If too many orders are late - eBay might downgrade your seller ratings and eventually restrict the store.	Always contact your end buyer to let them know of the delay (and avoid them opening cases) Consider preferring short-shipping suppliers in Yaballe> Settings> Filters> AMAZON> Seller Shipping time To expedite fulfillment overall: consider moving to auto-ordering- with Your Amazon Accounts, or with Yaballe's Amazon Accounts, or with both (hybrid)
11. A supplier directly contacts you on rights violation - because of a product you sell	You are exposed to store restrictions and fines	Delete the list from Yaballe and eBay Report the supplier / product details to Yaballe to add it to its VeRO lists and avoid future listings of this supplier/product.
