Congratulations! You have joined the Yaballe Managed Account (Fulfilment) service. Please follow these instructions to ensure proper operation:
1. Set Amazon account type for orders under $25 - the recommendation is to use Amazon non-prime accounts for orders under $25, and include the $5.99 Amazon shipping charge in the monitored source Item price. You can read more about this option here.
2. BlueCare Express Credits - purchase BCE credits before loading balance to enable tracking numbers conversions and updates when needed. Make sure to have enough BCE credits at all times throughout the service.
3. Filter Sold Items for already processed orders - make sure you properly filter the sold items page to avoid duplications with orders that were already processed by you before joining the service. Otherwise the automatic service will try to process them again.
To filter the orders you have already processed, check the first three shipping statuses as in the screenshot below and make sure all these orders show the status "MANUALLY" on "Auto Orders" column on the left (Sold Items page).
4. Load enough balance to cover all your Pending & Processing orders. This action would activate the auto ordering process automatically.
