Follow this step-by-step guide to monitor your store with this powerful technology:
Initial Setup
1 - Open a Yaballe API Account (Sign Up)
Sign-up to Yaballe, and create your new account.
2 - Migrate Any Existing Listings
Migrate to Yaballe any existing listings (from former monitors) to ensure the continuity of your best sellers.
Notes:
- Don't disconnect the previous monitor you've used, until after you extract your existing listings.
- After synching the listings and disconnecting the previous monitor, and to force Yaballe stock & pricing update to all your existing eBay listings (first alignment) - apply one bulk change in your account (see here how)
3 - List New Items (if desired)
Note:
- If you didn't set your monitor and lister preferences yet (profit, breakeven, Amazon filters, VeRO etc) you may want to do it before listing items -
4 - Set Ordering Method
You have the flexibility to set the ordering method that best fits your operations:
5 - Set Tracking Conversion Method & Source Origin
Set the tracking conversion method of your choise:
- Convert all orders instantly (on ordering) + single sender address

No conversion of tracking numbers (no setting required)
6 - Set Subscription Plan (when need to, post trial)

Subscribe to a Yaballe Service Plan - with the number of listings and payment method of your choice.

Link to another Yaballe Account that has a plan - to share the pool of resources of another account with just one plan and switch between account in a click.

- Detect such cases: check Yaballe > Sold Items page, order ID column - for orders that delivery date arrived, however no 'Updated as Delivered' green indication. - Handle such cases: If the order was made from your Amazon source account (manual, AO) - handle per choice, as explained here. - If order was made by Yaballe FF service - open a FF support ticket and ask to mark as delivered. |
