This article explains how to link multiple Yaballe accounts into a single Cluster, allowing you to manage them under one active subscription and switch between accounts with one click. You’ll learn what resources are shared, key definitions, and how to link an additional account step by step.
Prerequisites / Requirements
A Yaballe Leading Account with an active subscription
An additional Yaballe account created as a standalone account (free trial is sufficient)
Login credentials (email and password) for both accounts
Overview: How Linked Accounts Work
When accounts are linked, they form a Cluster and share the Leading Account’s resources:
Listings Plan Limits – One shared listing quota across all linked accounts
TC (Tracking Conversion) Credits Pool – Shared across all users in the cluster
AO (Automatic Order) Credits Pool – Shared automatic ordering credits
Load Balance Pool – Shared funds for Managed Account or Fulfillment services
Auto-Ordering Settings – Amazon account details applied to all users
VeRO & Keywords Settings – Unified protection and keyword rules
“All Accounts” View (Sold Items) – View sales from all linked accounts together
Single BULK RESULTS Page – Manage bulk actions across all accounts
Unified Dashboard – Monitor the entire cluster from one dashboard

Troubleshooting / Common Issues
Issue: Error message appears after clicking OK
Solution:
Confirm the linked account’s email and password are correct and written in small caps only.
Click OK on the error message and re-enter the credentials
2. Issue: Account cannot be linked
Solution:
Make sure the account was first created as a standalone Yaballe account before attempting to link it and that it it is not already linked to a different Yaballe cluster. If it is part of another cluster - it needs to be removed from Settings > Accounts of the leading email of the other cluster first. If the error persists - contact our support for help.
