Auto-Ordering (AO) - Add a Single Order to Yaballe Auto Ordering

To Add a Single Order

If you are an auto-ordering customer, you may want to add a single order by yourself. Such cases can happen for example, if you want to add orders of items that are not monitored by Yaballe. Another example is if you mistakenly deleted the order row and still want to place the order.

Now you can easily add these orders yourself!

1. In Yaballe Sold Items page top, look for the 'Add Order' button:

2. Fill in the order details as follows:

• Source Item ID – For Amazon, enter the ASIN.

• Maximum Source Price – The highest price you’re willing to pay for the source item.

• Maximum Price – The maximum selling price you want to set.

• Shipping Price – The target shipping price. If you sell with free shipping, enter 0.

• Quantity – Number of items to order.

• eBay Item ID – If your target marketplace is not eBay (e.g., Walmart, TikTok), enter that marketplace’s item ID instead.

• eBay Order Number – If your target marketplace is not eBay, enter the corresponding order number for that marketplace.

➡️ Use the scroll bar on the right side of the window to move down to the Buyer Details section.

Buyer Details:

• Full Name

• Address Line #1

• Address Line #2 (optional)

• City

• State – Use the 2-letter state code (e.g., CA, NY).

• ZIP Code

• Phone – Must be in standard U.S. phone format (e.g., 555-123-4567).

Note: You will not be able to edit the following fields:

• Condition – Default value is New.

• Country – For ebay.com target users, the default value is United States.

4. Click the ‘Submit’ button (bottom right).

5. A 'Confirmation' dialogue box will pop-up. Click the 'Yes' button if you are sure you want to add the order with these details and let auto orders begin processing it.

Note: You can click the 'No' button and return to edit the order details.
