Your Amazon Account Status is Off in Yaballe - Why and What Can You Do? – Yaballe

When working in the Auto-ordering by Your Yaballe Accounts mode, you are required to add to Yaballe the details of your Amazon buyer accounts so the Yaballe system can use it to automatically place orders - according to the price range and processing rate you have defined.

If Yaballe cannot properly connect to your Amazon buyer account, it will set the account status to off in the accounts table in Yaballe > ORDERING > AUTO-ORDERING by Your Amazon Accounts, and will not try to use it as long as it is in off state.

The following table lists the possible reasons for an account to be in off state, and what to do before you can turn it on:

Your account was restricted by Amazon, so ordering with it is no longer possible	Delete the account from Yaballe (use the X button) + setup a different/new account as needed (use the +Add button) If you don't have enough accounts to process all your orders, consider working in Hybrid mode (use your accounts for orders above certain source price, and Yaballe 's accounts for the rest), or in Auto-order by Yaballe Amazon Accounts mode for all orders
Your Amazon account credentials (user + password) changed or are incorrect in Yaballe	Update your account credentials (user + password) in Yaballe (click the Edit icon near the account name)
You're Amazon account is set with 2FA, and the 2FA key changed or are incorrect in Yaballe	Update your account's 2FA details in Yaballe (click the Edit icon near the account name)
You're using a proxy to access your Amazon account and the proxy details' changed or are incorrect in Yaballe	Update your account's proxy details in Yaballe (click the Edit icon near the account name)
Your proxy is dysfunctional Note: proxy issues are common and typically temporary. Yaballe will alert of an issue and turn the account status to off - after 36 hours of consistent proxy failure	Fix the proxy issues (with the supplier) or replace to a new proxy - update your account's proxy details in Yaballe if need to (click the Edit icon near the account name)
