Auto Tracking - Update & Conversion

Prerequisites

• Amazon orders only (not Walmart or AliExpress), from one of these setups: 
  Yaballe Fulfillment — auto-ordering by Yaballe's Amazon Account (US, UK); 
  Auto-ordering by your own Amazon accounts (US, UK, FR, DE); 
  Hybrid auto-ordering; 
  or your Amazon accounts linked for tracking only (ATMO).
• Enough TC (Tracking Conversion) credits — at least one conversion's worth (2 for Coretrails, 2.5 for Aquiline). See TC Credits Purchasing Options.
• For the all-tracking (single sender address) option: a verified sender address.
• Best practice: the same address in all three places — eBay Ship from address, Yaballe Item location (Settings > eBay Policies), and the single sender address in Yaballe tracking conversion settings.

Which vendor converts my tracking?

Yaballe picks the vendor by how the order was placed.

Bluecare Express: you may still see it in the vendor list. It is being retired and is not recommended — select Coretrails or Aquiline instead. If Bluecare is currently selected, switch it.

Conversion options

Both vendors offer the same two options. The credit cost is the same for both.

The single sender address option gives your eBay store one permanent location and fast tracking updates, which makes it less likely to be flagged as a resale store.

Don't convert: if you choose not to convert, use Original Tracking Number Updates to eBay to decide whether Yaballe updates eBay with the original Amazon tracking: Don't update my eBay store, Update except for TBAs, or Update all including TBAs.

Credits

Each converted tracking number costs 2 TC credits with Coretrails or 2.5 TC credits with Aquiline, deducted from your TC credit balance.

• TC credits are separate from AO credits. You can see your TC balance on the Auto Tracking page.
• Buy TC credits in Pricing > Add-ons. See TC Credits Purchasing Options.
• Auto-tracking a manual order (ATMO) also costs 0.5 AO credit, on top of the TC credits for conversion.
• If you run out of TC credits while conversion is on, auto-ordering stops until you top up, so no order is left without tracking.

Set up tracking conversion

1. Go to Settings > Ordering and open Auto Tracking & Conversion.
2. Under Original tracking number conversion options, choose Convert only Amazon carrier (AMZL) tracking numbers or Convert all tracking numbers (single sender address).
3. Under Tracking conversion vendors, select the vendor for your mode: Coretrails for auto-ordering by Yaballe accounts, Aquiline for auto-ordering by your own accounts.
4. For the single sender address option: enter your sender address and click Verify Address. Wait for the green Verified tag.
5. Save your settings.

Note: changes apply only to orders imported to your Orders page after the change. Existing orders keep their previous setting.

Manual orders and manual conversion

Orders you fulfill yourself are always converted with Aquiline, whatever vendor your auto-ordering uses.

• Auto-tracking for Manual Orders (ATMO): Yaballe fetches the tracking from your Amazon account and converts it automatically per your settings. See Auto-tracking for Manual Orders.
• Manual tracking number conversion: on the Auto Tracking page, click +More > Manual Tracking Number Conversion. Do Step 1 when the item ships and Step 2 (Update as delivered) once Amazon shows it delivered. See Manual Conversion of Tracking Numbers to Aquiline.
• Entering a converted number yourself: type the carrier name exactly — Aquiline or CoreTrails (capital C and T). Any other spelling and eBay can't track it.

If you convert an order manually, the automatic process stops for that order and the rest must be done manually too.

FAQs

Can I choose Coretrails if I auto-order with my own Amazon accounts? 
No. Coretrails is available only with auto-ordering by Yaballe accounts. Orders placed with your own accounts are converted by Aquiline.

Can I convert tracking for Walmart or AliExpress orders? 
No. Auto-ordering and tracking conversion work only with Amazon — US and UK with Yaballe Fulfillment, and US, UK, FR and DE with your own Amazon accounts (including tracking-only accounts for ATMO).

I see Bluecare Express in the list. Should I use it? 
No. Bluecare is being retired. Select Coretrails or Aquiline instead.

What happens if I run out of TC credits? 
Auto-ordering stops until you buy more TC credits, so no order is left without tracking. For ATMO orders, the order shows ATMO Warning and recovers by itself once credits are added; if it already shows ATMO Failed, click the Track icon to restart it.

I changed my conversion settings. Why are older orders not affected? 
Changes apply only to orders imported after the change.

Do I need to verify an address for AMZL-only conversion? 
No. AMZL-only conversion uses the original Amazon ship-from address. Verification is needed only to convert all tracking numbers.

Which address should I use as my single sender address? 
The same address as your eBay Ship from address and your Yaballe Item location.

How long until the converted tracking shows on eBay? 
Automatic conversions update eBay as part of the order flow. After a manual Aquiline update, allow 3–6 hours on the Aquiline site and up to 24 hours on eBay.
