You will see it only after you have an active recurring package first.
Q: Can I have two recurring packages?
No. One at a time.
Q: I want to cancel recurring mid-cycle — do I lose credits?
No. Credits already loaded remain. Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle.
Q: I downgrade from Large to Small — when does the new rate apply?
Next billing cycle. Current cycle continues at the Large tier.
Q: I upgrades from Small to Large — when does it apply?
Immediately.
Q: Cluster account — who can buy TC credits?
Any user in the cluster, but the credits and package are tied to the cluster subscription, not an individual user.

Q: I want to transfer their monthly package to another account.
Not possible. Monthly packages are non-transferable.
Q: Is it possible to get a refund on unused credits?
Credits are non-refundable as a general rule.
