Auto-tracking for Manual Orders (ATMO) helps you automatically track orders that you fulfilled manually, without auto ordering --- this is how you do it:
Note: Yaballe charges 0.5 ao-credit per auto-tracking of a manual order, and 1-1.5 bce-credits if the tracking ID also needs to be converted.
- Make sure you have setup your account to enable ATMO in order to use it regularly, and have these resources available:
- Active Amazon Accounts for tracking purposes - added to yaballe
- Enough AO-credits (for tracking)
- Enough BCE-credits (for tracking ID conversion, if set)
- Click the Track - manually processed icon for the order you wish to track in Yaballe > Sold Items page
Note: the icon is available for orders in Exclude, Cancelled, or Error status. - Fill in the order details below, and click the Track Order button:
Note:- Source account -- choose from the dropdown list of your Amazon accounts which were added to Yaballe (see how to in the ATMO Setup section below)
- Source order price + source order tax -- these are important for Yaballe to be able to properly present your income and profit
- Confirm that the Source Order ID and the Source Accounts details are correct (they cannot be changed later), and click the Start Tracking button
- That's it! Yaballe will take it from here:
- Yaballe will automatically fetch the tracking ID from your source account, convert it (if set to), and update it in Yaballe as well as in your eBay.
- In Yaballe > Sold Items page, click the tracking pencil icon on the order Action's column to see / update the tracking ID
Note: the icon color changes to blue once the tracking id is available.
- Once you activate ATMO for a specific order, and until its tracking info shows (ATMO succeeded), you'll see the ATMO Status tag in the order row:
- ATMO ON: ATMO is trying to fetch the order tracking info from your source account.
- ATMO WARNING: ATMO is still trying to fetch the order tracking info, however its taking longer than usual (>3 days & multiple attempts) - you may want to verify that the order ID and source account details are correct and fix them if need to.
- ATMO FAILED: ATMO stopped trying to fetch the tracking info because it failed for too long (>6 days & multiple attempts). Read here about ATMO failures and how to fix them.
- ATMO ON: ATMO is trying to fetch the order tracking info from your source account.
- You may edit the ATMO info in case you see a need (like fix a wrong order ID or source account) and the system will use the new data for next attempts, as long as the system did not fetch the tracking number yet.
To edit the data the Track icon for the order and/or reset an ATMO is Failed status: - If your tracking conversion settings are on, then ATMO will also convert it automatically for you. You'll see the Converted blue tag once the tracking was converted, and the Delivered green tag once the order is marked delivered.
- Yaballe will automatically fetch the tracking ID from your source account, convert it (if set to), and update it in Yaballe as well as in your eBay.
ATMO Initial Setup
In order to regularly use the ATMO feature you need these things:
- Set your auto-ordering mode
- If your auto-ordering mode is either Auto ordering by Your Amazon accounts or Hybrid auto-ordering --- you can skip this phase and proceed to step 2.
- If you don't use auto-ordering at all (off), but want to use ATMO, apply these settings in Yaballe > Settings > ORDERING
With these settings you will be able to automatically track manual orders from your Amazon accounts, without auto ordering them.
Reasoning: the section Your Amazon Accounts becomes visible and you can add Amazon accounts for tracking only; however the auto ordering system won't process automatically any order since the Max allowed value for auto-ordering is 0 (orders will stay in Pending / Processing forever so you can exclude them, fulfill by yourself, and then track them). - If you use Auto-ordering by Yaballe Amazon Accounts, and want to use ATMO, apply these settings in Yaballe > Settings > ORDERING
With these settings you will be able to automatically track orders that were manually fulfilled from your Amazon accounts, while automatically fulfilling other orders with Yaballe Amazon Accounts.
Reasoning: the section Your Amazon Accounts becomes visible and you can add your Amazon accounts for tracking orders that you fulfilled manually by yourself; The auto ordering system will still continue to fulfill your orders with Yaballe Amazon Accounts as before.
- If your auto-ordering mode is either Auto ordering by Your Amazon accounts or Hybrid auto-ordering --- you can skip this phase and proceed to step 2.
- Add your Amazon accounts for tracking purposes
- If you already added to Yaballe your Amazon Accounts also for tracking purposes ( because you are doing auto-ordering and manual orders with the same Amazon accounts) - you can skip to phase 3 .
- Scroll down to the AUTO-ORDERING by Your Amazon Accounts section in Yaballe > Settings > Ordering, and click it to open its settings
- Click +Add an Amazon Account button and fill in all the details in the AMAZON ACCOUNT pop-up window as shown below.
- If you've set Two Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Amazon account - Follow our Amazon 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) guide, or else just type in any 52 characters in the 2 Factor Authentication field (and make sure 2FA isn't set in your account)
- If this account is for tracking only (not auto-ordering) - choose Tracking Only in the Use For dropdown.
- If you use proxy - fill in its information, or else just leave it blank.
- Click SAVE ACCOUNT and make sure this account's status shows On
(If the status in Off then - read here why and how to fix it) - Click + Add an Amazon Account button again to add more Amazon accounts
- Click the pencil icon to edit each account's details
- Click the red "X" to delete an account
- If you already added to Yaballe your Amazon Accounts also for tracking purposes ( because you are doing auto-ordering and manual orders with the same Amazon accounts) - you can skip to phase 3 .

Set tracking number conversion (if needed)
- Follow our Tracking Conversion setup guide
- Make sure you purchase BCE-credits - if your set to convert tracking however there are no BCE-credits, the tracking conversion can't take place.
- Purchase ao-credits in Yaballe > Pricing
- Go to Yaballe > Pricing > EXTRA ADD-ONS > AUTO ORDERS & TRACKING UPDATE or to Yaballe > Sold Items page, Buy AO Credits button
- Select the size of the package you wish to buy and Click the Buy Now! button (it will be charged to your subscription payment method)
Note: each auto-tracking for a manual order costs 0.5 ao-credit
- Approve the purchase by clicking the OK button
- Read the pop-up message and select your choice for system behavior once the ao-credits are loaded (if you are not using auto-ordering keep the default off option.
- You can verify that the credits were loaded, by going to Yaballe > Sold Items page, looking at the top right corner
- Go to Yaballe > Pricing > EXTRA ADD-ONS > AUTO ORDERS & TRACKING UPDATE or to Yaballe > Sold Items page, Buy AO Credits button
