The recommended option for non-API is to use the MIP Bulk Lister, even for listing just one item, because only the bulk lister shows the results per each ASIN in BULK RESULTS tab, allowing to have full control and understanding of the process.
However, there are some editing options in the auto-lister, which otherwise can only be done directly in eBay after the item is listed:
