Bulk Listing with Yaballe Fully-automatic Non-API

Bulk listings saves a lot of time if you are listings many items at once, Bulk listings is supported also in Yaballe Fully-Automatic Non-API accounts is few ways - choose the one you prefer:
  1. Bulk listings via text box list
  2. Bulk listings via CSV file upload
Note: it is recommended to set your VERO settings before bulk listing items - to ensure safe bulk listing.
 
If bulk-listing with Yaballe API Monitor (as opposed to with Yaballe Fully-automatic Non-API) is what you need, read this. 
 

1 - Bulk Listings via Text Box List

  1. Go to Yaballe > LIST ITEMS > BULK LIST

     

  2. Copy-paste list of ASINs in the  text box -- new line per item in this format:
     

    ASIN;TITLE (if you don't specify title, titles will be taken from Amazon)
    ASIN;TITLE
    ASIN;TITLE

     



     

  3. Check the Prevent Listing Out Of Stock Items option. on the top right -  if you wish to avoid a potential risky situation that your store fills in with unavailable products.

  4. Click the List Items button. 
     


     

2 - with Load bulk ASINs button

First go to Amazon and look for a title for a specific product that you want to upload to the monitor. Then, we need to click on our chrome extension icon in your browser panel. After clicking on it, a small window will open, press the ADD ASINs button - it would copy the ASINs from the whole Amazon page you were on. 

Don't see the button? Download or update the Yaballe Chrome extension to version 2.2.5, then refresh the page.

Now, you can go back to the monitor and press the Load Bulk ASINs button, and all the ASIN numbers will appear in the field. 

 

3 - Bulk Listings via CSV file upload

 

  1. Go to Yaballe > LIST ITEMS > BULK LIST

     
  2. Make sure your CSV file follows this format exactly (column "B" is optional).

  3. Upload the CSV file using the Choose File button
     



     

  4. Check the Prevent Listing Out Of Stock Items option on the top right -  if you wish to avoid a potential risky situation that your store fills in with unavailable products.

  5. Click the List Items button on the top left.

Add Watermark


Check the checkbox "Add Watermark" to apply a watermark to all gallery photos for the items in this bulk action.
Note: Applied watermarks cannot be automatically removed from your listing photos. The only way to remove a watermark is to replace the gallery pictures manually one by one.

Watermarking will only succeed if you have a watermark saved in Yaballe Settings > General > More.

Schedule the bulk start time

Here you have the option to schedule the BULK by selecting the desired date and time. It's important to remember that the initial time you will see is the time you opened the BULK.
Another thing, once you enter the time you want, you will see that the three clocks that appear will change according to the time you set, that is, you can see what time it will be in New York, Tel Aviv and Bangkok. You can see the products only when you set them up.
