Working with Yaballe's API AUTO-LISTER allows you to list one item at a time. In case you want to list large quantities of items at once, check out our Bulk-lister here.

1. Paste your Source Item ID in the Auto Lister text field

NOTE: In case of Amazon sourced items the source ID can be either plain ASIN or the whole item link (Url). In case of other sources - full item link only.

2. Click "Get Item" button

3. After clicking that button, the Auto Lister will preview all the data it can pull about this item from the source:

VERO

If the system recognizes that the brand of your source ID is a VERO brand, it will show you where this brand appears in your item according to your VERO strictness preferences. 

TITLE

You can edit the title. Make sure it is no longer than 80 characters.

BUNDLE

Click "Add Bundle" button to create a bundle in eBay with another source ID (OPTIONAL). Learn how to work with bundles here.

VARIATIONS

If you know that your source ID has variations and you want to list it as a multi-variation item in eBay, click "Check Variations" button. Supported only for Amazon and AliExpress sourced items. Check out the following guides to learn how:

CATEGORY SUGGESTIONS

The system will automatically choose the first option based on the categories of similar items in eBay. you can choose a different category of add one manually. Check out what to do if your category is missing.

EBAY SELLERS

Here you will see other eBay sellers who are currently selling the same item in eBay.

SCHEDULE

Here you can choose when to publish your listing. Enable this option by dragging the button to the right.

Once enabled, you can change the scheduled time by clicking on the time in UTC cell. The time shown below (New York, Tel Aviv & Bangkok) will be adjusted once you change the time in UTC cell.

LISTING DETAILS

Quantity, profit & breakeven is presented based on your Yaballe SETTINGS > GENERAL. You can change it here per each listings upload by typing the desired parameter. Do not leave empty cells.

Policies are also showing your default policies synced with Yaballe, while creating your Fully-automatic Non-API account. You can

POLICIES

Policies will be taken from what you have provided in Yaballe SETTINGS > EBAY POLICIES > BUSINESS POLICIES). If you have more than one policy in eBay and they are all synced to Yaballe, they will show in the drop down policies menu in the lister, so you can choose them while listing.

If you don't have business policies or have chosen to work with Yaballe Monitor Profiles, you will not see the drop downs in auto lister. 

NOTE

Here you can leave notes to yourself - it will only be visible to you and to people who have your access info to Yaballe. It will appear under our item's title in MONITOR page after the items are successfully listed.

LABEL

You can label all the listings you create in order to be able to find them easily with the FILTERS button on MONITOR page, if you wish. Find more info about labels here.

ITEM SPECIFICS

Next Yaballe will show you the item specifics it imports from the source, you can always add more if you wish.

Note: Data of listings which exist in eBay's catalogue will be overridden by the catalogue data (item specifics & description).

PHOTOS

Here you will see the photos which will go to your eBay listing gallery photos (limited to 12 by eBay).

The picture with the radio button checked will become the main picture of your listing.

If you are not interested in some of the pictures, you can simply uncheck them. 

CREATE COLLAGE button - will create a collage from the first 4 checked pictures (you can play with check & uncheck to affect which ones will be put into the collage and afterwards check the remaining pictures back again).

ADD WATERMARK - if you want to use this option, please upload a square picture of the logo/icon you want to put as a watermark on all your gallery pictures - it must be square and in PNG format with transparent background. Please note that eBay's policies do not allow to use a watermark on pictures and by using it you may expose yourself to infringement with eBay's policies.

DUPLICATE MAIN PICTURE - checking this button will add the main picture again and again until there are 12 pictures in the listing's galley. For example, if your listing has just 6 listings, the main picture will appear 7 times in the gallery (1 in the original 6 and another 6 to make it 12 all together).

UPLOAD PIC FROM URL: You can paste URL's of pictures you want to add here - eBay will embed them into its platform once the listing is created, so the original URL will no longer appear.

DROP IMAGES TO UPLOAD:
You can add images from your computer by clicking on the rectangle or dragging them onto it from your desktop. The images must be minimum 500px width or length each. If you know your images size type it before adding them.

TEMPLATE & ITEM DESCRIPTION

Here you can choose which template to apply to this listing. Check out more about Yaballe SETTINGS > TEMPLATES here.

NOTE: If you change the template after doing some editing changes on the description, your changes will be lost.

You can edit the description as you like before clicking "lIst item".

Do not touch the title in description - it's a tag, which will bring the title you have in Yaballe Auto lister on top of the auto lister page automatically, once the listing is created in eBay. If you want to edit the title edit it on top.

LAST TOUCHES

Make sure you have no errors in red. Fix them if you do.

DRAFT

If you want, you can save your item to draft before you list. Drafts are saved into Yaballe LISTER > DRAFTS tab and you can continue and list your item form them once ready. However, it is not very much advised to do work that way, because the draft freezes the data, such as source price, your policies & template choices, as per the moment of the drafts' creation and any frozen data in dropshipping world is a thing to avoid.

LIST YOUR ITEM

You are almost done! Clicking "List Item" will send your item's data to eBay instantly (unless you have scheduled it to be listed later). 

In the end of a successful listing creation, a pop-up window with the new eBay item ID & eBay listing fees amount will appear on the screen.

Congratulations! Your item has been created in eBay, go to your Yaballe MONITOR page to see it.

*In case we get errors from eBay during the listing process, we will show them to you after you click "List Item", so you can fix what's required according to wha the errors read (for example fix our eBay policies).
