This guide explores the MIP Bulk Lister’s AI Title Optimization feature, a powerful tool designed for high-volume eBay sellers to enhance product visibility automatically. By leveraging AI to rephrase titles based on specific styles and tones, sellers can optimize thousands of items for searchability before they even hit the store. The workflow includes real-time credit transparency, visual indicators for edited items, and a streamlined progress tracking system that concludes with a comprehensive email summary of the results.
Pre-requisites
To use the AI Bulk Optimization feature, ensure you have:
- An active Yaballe account: Configured for either API or non-API (MIP) mode.
- AI Credits: A sufficient balance in your account (the tool now displays the exact number of credits required for each operation).
Source Data: A list of item identifiers (ASINs or URLs) ready for import via CSV or the bulk text field.
How does it work?
Step 1: Access the Bulk Lister / MIP Bulk Lister
From the main dashboard, navigate to the sidebar and click on List Items. Once the page loads, select the Bulk Lister / MIP Bulk Lister tab.
Step 2: Input Your Source Data
- Select Bulk Source: Choose your source from the dropdown (e.g., amazon.com).
Add Items: Upload a CSV file or paste your item identifiers (ASINs/URLs) into the text box.
Step 3: Enable AI Optimization
Set your listing preferences before moving forward:
- Prevent listing out-of-stock items: Keep this checked for inventory health.
- AI Titles: Toggle this ON to enable the optimization engine.
- Preview: Enable this if you wish to review and manually tweak titles on a Draft Page before they go live.
Click "List Items" to open the optimization settings.
Step 4: Configure AI Revision & Review
The Revise with AI window allows you to set the "vibe" for your listings:
- AI Style & Tone: Choose settings like Creative or Sellable to match your brand voice.
- Credit Transparency: The modal displays the actual number of credits that will be used for the operation.
- Identifying Changes: Once rephrased, items that have been modified will feature the AI edit icon button in the Draft list. This makes it easy to spot exactly which titles the AI have adjusted at a glance. You can add manual edits on top of it and those will be marked with an icon of their own.
Step 5: Confirm and Upload to eBay
When you're ready to push the items to your store:
- Click AI Revise.
- Review the List Items confirmation modal.
- Note on Refunds: AI credits are automatically refunded specifically for VeRO, ASINs & Keywords failures.
- Click Confirm.
Step 6: Track Progress & Verification
The progress bar on the "List Items" button now accurately tracks the count even when operating with low AI credits. Once finished, you will receive a detailed email summary.
This email is your "source of truth," providing accurate counts of:
- Successfully uploaded items.
- Failed items (with specific error reasons).
- Final AI credit usage for the task.
Common Questions & Answers
What happens if my AI credit balance is lower than the number of items in my bulk list?
The system will intelligently detect your current balance and allow you to proceed by selecting the "Revise Only [X] Items" option, where X is the number of credits you have left. The progress bar will accurately track this reduced count to ensure you aren't left guessing about the status of your task.
How can I tell which items in my list have already been optimized by the AI?
Once an item’s title has been rephrased, an edit icon button will appear next to it in the list. This visual cue helps you quickly identify which listings have been improved and allows you to perform any additional manual tweaks if needed.
Am I eligible for a refund if a listing fails during the bulk upload process?
Yes, Yaballe provides automatic refund protection for listing fees specifically in the event of VeryWords failures (when eBay blocks a listing due to prohibited keywords). Please note that other types of listing failures do not trigger an automatic refund at this time.
