When trying to list your items on eBay through the Yaballe monitor, you may find that some or all listings are unsuccessful because of some issue. Here we explain how to identify the issue and what can you do to handle it.
If you can't list any item in your store (everything fails), in 99% of the cases it's one of these issues:

Policies

The policies names in both eBay and Yaballe must match - check your eBay policies names and update them precisely in Yaballe Non-API details. |
| Check there are no spaces that you can't see at the end of policy names in both eBay and Yaballe. Delete any such spaces from both eBay and Yaballe. | |
| Go to eBay and save your policies once again (it's eBay bug sometime that the policy you see in the screen is not what they same in their DB). | |
| Item/ warehouse location |
The location names in both eBay and Yaballe can't be empty and must match - check your eBay warehouse location and update them precisely in Yaballe - sender address and item location. |
| Check there are no spaces that you can't see at the end of the address lines in both eBay and Yaballe. Delete any such spaces from both eBay and Yaballe. | |
| Yaballe plan limits maxed | Check your Yaballe plan limits and if you reached the maximum, you'll need to upgrade the plan (or delete some existing listing) before you can list more items. |
| eBay plan limits maxed | Check your eBay store limits and if you reached the maximum, you'll need to increase the limits with eBay (or delete existing listings) before you can list more items. |
| Wrong eBay User ID | The eBay store name (User ID) in both eBay and Yaballe must match - check your eBay User ID and update it precisely in Yaballe Non-API details - or otherwise your listing might not be listed at all or appear in a different store in case the faulty name is a valid store name. |
If you can't list only some items in your store (while other are successful), in 99% of the cases it is probably one of these issues:
| Issue | What to Do? |
| VeRO | In case you have the VeRO protection set in Yaballe, Yaballe will prevent listing of any item that fails on the VeRO test (the request for this item won't be sent to eBay at all). |
| Unsupported Categories | eBay non-API protocol (M I P) does not support all the product categories that you can list with API. For example: eBay motors is not supported. If you see that the product category is the listing issue - avoid listing that items. (If this is the issue you will see in eBay error file this type of error message: You did not specify any valid category in the request) |
| Duplicates | In case you have the cross-store duplicates protection set in Yaballe, Yaballe will prevent listing of any item that is already listed (the request for this item won't be sent to eBay at all). |

In case you don’t see any listings being listed in aNon-API account - neither in Yaballe nor in eBay - you can look at the error report in eBay via this link.
