Onboarding to Yaballe - Step-by-Step

Initial Setup

1 - Open a Yaballe Account (Sign Up)

Sign-up to Yaballe right now! 
 

 

2 - Set Lister & Monitor Preferences

Tailor the system to your needs from the get go:

General Item Settings
eBay Sync Policy Settings
Source Filters Settings
Templates Settings
Vero, ASIN & Keywords Settings
 

3 - Enable Store Connection

Enable the connection on your store side, as described here:

4 - Migrate Already Existing Listings (if needed)

Ensure the continuity of your best sellers, choose your migration path:

Note: migration process differs based on the monitor solution you are migrating from and the Yaballe solution you are migrating to. Read this for more info.

 

5 - Create New Listing (if needed)

6 - Set Ordering Method

7 - Set Tracking Conversion Method & Source Origin

  • No conversion -- do nothing
  • Convert AMZL order only (on shipping) -- buy TC (Tracking) credits (one pool for all linked accounts) + choose option
  • Convert all orders instantly (on ordering) + single sender address -- buy TC credits (one pool for all linked accounts) + set address + choose option (Aquiline or Coretrails)

     

8 - Set Subscription Plan (when need to, post trial)

  • Choose a Plan (eBay connection method + number of listings+ payment method)
  • Link to another Yaballe Account that has a plan (unified plan / AO credits pool / TC credits pool / FF balance pool + all accounts page)

  • BCE Credits balance run-out
