Yaballe's AI Product Finder automatically discovers eBay best-selling products and delivers them to your Yaballe account's List Items → Ready to List page, ready for review and listing. You can choose a product sales tier, specify how many products you want, and select one or more product categories to receive recommendations tailored to your preferences.
This article explains how the feature works, how to access it, how to select product categories, credit costs per tier, available credit packages, and answers to frequently asked questions.
Prerequisites
An active Yaballe account with eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, or eBay.de as the target marketplace.
All users receive a one-time grant of 30 free Product Finder credits to try the feature.
Store preferences configured in Yaballe Settings → Advanced, including VeRO filters, restricted words, and price limits, for better results.
Additional paid credits if you have exhausted your free allocation. Purchase them from the Pricing > Addons page
How It Works (Behind the Scenes)
You don't need to search for products manually. Yaballe runs an automated process that:
Retrieves best-selling product data from multiple data points and APIs.
Filters results according to your store preferences, including VeRO restrictions, restricted keywords, price limits, and products already in your store.
Applies your selected product categories, if any, to recommend products from those categories.
Delivers the resulting products to your Ready to List page, where you can review, edit, and list them.
Important: Product Finder recommendations depend on the availability of qualifying products. The number of products returned may be lower than the number requested, particularly for categories with limited qualifying products in higher sales tiers.
Step-by-Step Instructions
New users / free subscription / no listings in store
All users with an empty store see this flow automatically, regardless of plan.
Entry Point 1 — List Items page
Click List Items in the main menu.
The Product Finder pop-up opens by default. You can switch to the Single Item Lister or Bulk Lister tab if you prefer to list products manually.
Select the number of products you want to find. The free version supports the 3 sales/month tier only; higher tiers are unavailable until you unlock them through the paid add-on.
Select product categories (optional). Choose one or more categories from the category list to receive recommendations only from your selected categories. If you don't select a category, the system can recommend products across available categories.
Review the credit cost displayed at the bottom of the pop-up.
Click Find Products to generate your recommendations.
You can also access the pop-up from the "Find Products for me" button on top left of your Single Item Lister and Bulk Lister pages:
After you selected how many product to find for you, you're redirected to the Ready to List page to review, edit (with or without AI), and list the suggested items.
Entry Point 2 — Banner / pop-up notification:
- Click the "Products are waiting for you in the draft page" banner or pop-up.
- You're taken directly to the Ready to List page to see your pre-loaded products.
Paid Add-On Version
Accessible from three places:
- Single Item Lister page
- Bulk Lister page
- Main menu
- Click the Finder button from any of the above entry points.

Choose a sales frequency tier — how many monthly sales the products have:
Tier Monthly Sales Credit Cost per Product Tier 1 3 sales/month 1 credit Tier 2 5 sales/month 2 credits Tier 3 8 sales/month 4 credits - Choose how many products you want from each tier using the quantity controls. The credit cost updates according to your selections.
- Select your preferred product categories. You can choose one or more categories, and Product Finder will recommend products only from those selected categories. Click Clear to remove your category selections.
- Review the total credit cost before proceeding.
- Click Find Products to generate recommendations.
- Go to Ready to List to review, edit, and publish the suggested products.
Note: Selecting a category does not guarantee that the system will return the exact number of products requested. Some categories have fewer qualifying products, especially in the higher sales tiers. For example, requesting 100 top-performing musical instruments may result in fewer than 100 recommendations if there aren't enough qualifying products in that category.

Your credit balance is visible at all times in the top navigation bar.
Troubleshooting / Common Issues

| Credit balance not updating after purchase | Refresh the page. If it still doesn't reflect, wait a few minutes and try again. Persistent issues should be reported to support. |

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I choose which product categories I receive recommendations from?
Yes. Product Finder includes a category selection function that lets you choose one or more product categories. The system will recommend products only from the categories you selected. If you leave all categories unselected, recommendations can come from available categories.
Q: Can I select multiple categories at once?
Yes. You can select multiple categories to broaden your search while keeping recommendations within your chosen product types. The interface displays the number of selected categories. Use Clear to remove your selections.
Q: Will I always receive the exact number of products I request?
No. The requested quantity is a target, not a guarantee. The number of recommendations depends on the availability of qualifying products within your selected categories and sales tiers, as well as your store's filtering preferences.
Q: Does selecting a category affect the credit cost?
No. Category selection does not change the credit cost per product. Standard products cost 1 credit each, Popular products cost 2 credits each, and Top performers cost 4 credits each. The total cost is calculated from the quantities selected for each tier.
Q: How are the products chosen for me?
Yaballe retrieves best-selling product data from multiple data points and APIs, then filters the results based on your store preferences, including VeRO restrictions, restricted keywords, price limits, and products already listed in your store. If you select categories, recommendations are limited to those categories.
Q: Will I get the same products as other users?
Product recommendations may differ between users because ASINs are distributed randomly across users. Your selected categories and store preferences can also affect the results.
Q: When are credits consumed?
Credits are consumed when products are generated and added to your draft. Browsing Product Finder or cancelling before receiving results does not consume credits.
Q: Can I edit the listings before publishing?
Yes. All products are delivered to your Ready to List page first. You can review and edit the listings manually or use the AI Title Optimizer before publishing them.
Q: What's the difference between the free and paid versions?
The free version includes a one-time allocation of 30 credits and access to Tier 1 (Standard products with 3+ monthly sales). The paid add-on unlocks the higher tiers and allows you to purchase additional credits. Category selection can be used to narrow recommendations according to the options available in your Product Finder interface.
Q: Can I use Product Finder for marketplaces other than the US, UK, and Germany?
No. Product Finder currently supports eBay.com, eBay.co.uk, and eBay.de as target marketplaces.
