This article explains how to change the eBay account associated with your Yaballe user. The process depends on how your store is connected: API-connected users reconnect directly to eBay, while MIP users update their store by pasting new MIP details. Required post-connection steps, such as clearing listings and updating policies, are also covered.

Option A: API-Connected Users (Reconnecting to a Different eBay Account)
Log in to Yaballe from the correct IP or proxy
Use the same IP / proxy / cloud environment you normally use to log in to the new eBay account.
Navigate to Advanced Account Settings
Go to SETTINGS > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Reconnect to eBay
Click the RECONNECT TO EBAY.
Log in to the new eBay account
Complete the eBay login flow and approve access.
This will override the connection to the previously connected eBay account.

Clear listings and update eBay policies
After reconnecting:
Clear existing listings from Yaballe (use "Delete from Yaballe, but not from eBay" option - can be done BEFORE reconnecting, as well.)
Go to SETTINGS > EBAY POLICIES > BUSINESS POLICIES
Clear policies from Yaballe, update/import them again from eBay, choose the default policies for Yaballe and save.
Option B: non-API MIP Users
Important: MIP users do not reconnect via the “Reconnect to eBay” button.
Open Advanced Settings
Go to SETTINGS > ADVANCED > Change Non-API Connection Details.
Paste the new MIP store details
Replace the existing MIP details with the details of the new eBay store, including the policies names.

Clear listings
Just like API users, you must:
Troubleshooting / Common Issues
Issue: Listings don't delete.
Solution: Make sure to do it with the "Delete from Yaballe, but not from eBay" option - remember that when the user is connected to a new eBay store it can no longer control the eBay listings of the previous store.
