The ADVANCED settings options (available in Settings > ADVANCED) allows you to set advanced preferences for item listings and include 3 main categories:
1 - VERO & WORDS FILTER options
2 - PERMANENT ITEM SPECIFICS options
3 - ADVANCED ACCOUNT CHANGES options
Note when you apply settings in Yaballe:
1. Always use the Save -> button on the button left to apply the settings changes.
2. Once you save your settings, it will take effect on your future listing immediately, and on your existing listings after the next monitor cycle.
1 - VERO & WORDS FILTER Options
VERO & WORDS FILTER options helps you protect your store from restricted brands and words that eBay might potentially recognize as violating its Verified Rights Owner Program (VeRO) or other policies.
It is imperative that you apply these settings from the get go.
Note:
- Yaballe maintains an up-to-date eBay VeRO list - officially published by eBay (updated continuously every 24 hours), as well as crowd sources by reporting of our user base - so you don't have to build the list yourself, but you can certainly add on top of it and contribute.
- Any changes to VERO & WORDS FILTER Options, once saved, will apply effective immediately to new listings.
- To apply recent VeRO scanning options to existing listings's brand, use the VeRO Scan button on the top right of the Monitor page.
The settings options (available in Settings > ADVANCED > VERO & WORDS FILTER) include:

VeRO Strictness:
VeRO Strictness Option Description Vero Strictness - Brand
(Very Recommended)
Filter out listings based on their brand, as shown in the item specifics, if the brand is listed in Yaballe VeRO list.
This will prevent the item from being listed altogether.
Best Practice: check this option.
Vero Strictness - Title
(Recommended)Filter out listings based on their brand, as shown in the item title, if the brand is listed in Yaballe VeRO list.
This will prevent the item from being listed altogether.
Best Practice: check this option.
Vero Strictness - Description Filter out listings based on their brand, as shown in the item description, if the brand is listed in Yaballe VeRO list.
This will prevent the item from being listed altogether.
Best Practice: if you mostly use the bulk lister, leave unchecked as it will potentially block the majority of your listings.

Words Filter:
Words Filter Option Description Words Filter - List Identify words that are listed in the Words Filter List, and appear in the item title and description - then delete the word from the eBay item description and title or just warn about them (per the behavior preference specified).
This won't prevent the item from being listed, however may remove some words from its title and description (per your preference).
Note that words match is case insensitive.
Best Practice: customers typically include these words (but not only): contact, contact us, customer service, call, email, website, asin, amazon, amazon's, aliexpress, refund, warranty, guarantee, replacement, lifetime, contact us, link below, get free, unconditionally, call us, tel, phone, @.
Words Filter - Add Brand Name to Words Filter Implicitly include any brand name that appears in the source item specifics, in the Words Filter List - then delete the word from the eBay item description and title or just warn about them (per the behavior preference specified).
This won't prevent the item from being listed, however may remove some words from its title and description (per your preference).
Note that words match is case insensitive.
Words Filter - Warn on Auto-Lister Warn in the Auto-Lister about any item for which item title or description include words found in the Words Filter List, and/or implicit brand names if the Add Brand Name to Words Filter is checked.
Note that this option is mutually exclusive to the Remove Words from item title & description (namely, you can choose either, or)
Words Filter - Remove Words from item title & description
(Auto & Bulk Lister)Delete from an item's title or description words that are listed in the Words Filter List, and/or implicit brand names if the Add Brand Name to Words Filter is checked.
Note that this option is mutually exclusive to the Warn on Auto-Lister (namely, you can choose either, or)
2 - PERMANENT ITEM SPECIFICS Options
PERMANENT ITEM SPECIFICS options helps you add item specifics that are common to all you listings, without needing to add them to every item on eBay one by one. Typical examples may be: Refund:Accept, Shipping:Free Shipping, etc.
The PERMANENTS SPECIFICS are specified in pairs: Specific Name, Specific Value:
You can fill in the specifics as desired:
You can add as many such pairs as need to, by clicking the Add Specifics + button:

3 - ADVANCED ACCOUNT CHANGES Options
ADVANCED ACCOUNT CHANGES options provides additional setting relating to your account, that could become useful and desired.
The settings options (available in Settings > GENERAL > More) include:

Change eBay Platform

Your Account can work with one eBay platform (destination), and you can choose and change that platform at any given time - using this settings. Note: before changing a platform, you must delete all the listings from this Yaballe account and re-list items after you connect to the new platform. To change your eBay Platform: 1. Click the Change Site button 2. Choose your desired target site from the eBay Location dropdown list. Available options are:

Change Yaballe Account Email |
Your Account is identified by a single and unique email address, and you can change this email at any given time - using this settings. To change your email: 1. Click the Change Email button
2. Type in your new email address you wish to use. 3. Logout from your Yaballe account, and login using the new email (User Name).
Note that the system will not allow changing to na email address that already existing n Yaballe system (although error message might not be displayed). Contact Yaballe support in case you cannot login after changing your email address. |
Change Subscription Payment Method |
Your Yaballe account must be connected to a valid payment method to allow access. You can change your payment method at any given time - using this setting.
To change your payment method: 1. Click the Change Method button. 2. Select your preferred payment supplier from the available list: Payoneer, PayPal, or Credit Card. Per your choice you will be redirected to the supplier's payment page to proceed the process.

Cancel Subscription |
You can cancel your Yaballe subscription plan any point in time, by clicking the Unsubscribe button.
Note that you will have access to your system until the current subscription term that has already been paid. |
Reconnect Yaballe to eBay |
Your Account can work with one eBay account (target), and you can reconnect or change to target eBay account at any given time - using this settings. Note: there is no need to disconnect previous connections that may in be place - the new reconnect settings will override any existing one. To reconnect your eBay account: 1. Make sure you are browsing from the same IP address as accessing your eBay store. 2. Click the Connect to eBay button
3. Proceed according to the instructions. |
