Service Setup
1. Change auto-ordering mode
-
Select Hybrid Auto-ordering option In Yaballe > Settings > Ordering > Auto-ordering mode dropdown
-
Read the confirmation pop message and select your choice of what to do with with unprocessed orders that are already synched to the system before the mode changed (process them automatically too, or exclude them to avoid potential duplicates if you already processed them manually)
-
Choose your option, and click the Continue button
Note: when changing auto-ordering modes the service is first set to Pause status, so you have the time to set up everything (next steps) before auto-ordering actually starts.
2. Set the split value
Hybrid split by order price (AKA Split Value) is the value that guides the system how to split the orders between the different fulfillment accounts:
- Items with source value < Split Value --> fulfill by Yaballe Amazon Accounts
- Items with source value >= Split Value --> fulfill by Your Amazon Accounts
Make sure that your Split Value aligns with other settings (for example: if your split value is $20, but your Amazon accounts rules allow orders above $25 only - then orders of 20-$25 that supposed to be processed by your account can't process)
- Click the Edit button to the right of the Hybrid split by order price ($), change the value as desired and click the Save button
- The confirmation pop-up message lets you decide if to apply the split Value change to future orders only, or also for existing unprocessed orders. Choose your option and click the Continue button.

- Allow 3rd party Sellers in Amazon - check this option to allow auto orders of items from 3rd party sellers (if your eBay shipping policy is compatible with their terms).
You can apply the filters to each of the methods (by Yaballe Amazon Accounts, and by Your Amazon accounts) separately:
