Coretrails allows you to easily track your Amazon deliveries. This service converts Amazon tracking numbers to Coretrails tracking numbers, which can be updated in your eBay orders and tracked on Coretrails.com website. This also serves as proof of delivery for your eBay transactions.

You can choose between two tracking conversion options, both costing 2 TC credits per tracking number.

Coretrails Conversion Options

1. ✅ Amazon-only Tracking Conversion

Converts Amazon Logistics (AMZL) tracking only.
Uses the original Amazon ship-from address.
Conversion happens on the day of actual shipment.
No address verification needed.
Requires Auto ordering from Yaballe Amazon accounts mode (or "Hybrid" mode) to be ON.

2. ✅ All Carriers + Single Address Conversion

Converts all carriers (Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Uses a single verified sender address for all orders - your eBay store will have a permanent location, and your tracking number updates will be prompt, making your store less likely to be flagged as a resale store and more likely to be promoted on eBay.
Conversion happens on the day of the order.
Requires address verification.
Requires Auto ordering from Yaballe Amazon accounts mode (or "Hybrid" mode) to be ON.

How to Set It Up

🔑 Before you start:
Make sure you have at least 2 TC credits on your account. You can check and purchase more in your Yaballe Auto Tracking Page.

Setup Instructions

Go to Settings → Auto Orders → Tracking Conversion in your Yaballe account.
Choose one of the two Coretrails conversion modes:
- “Convert only Amazon carrier (AMZL) tracking numbers” – for AMZL only (no address verification needed).
- “Convert all tracking numbers (single sender address)” – to convert all types (requires sender address verification first).
If selecting “Single Address” mode:
- First enter the sender address you want to use.
- Click "Verify Address" button.

📝 Note: Only orders that are imported after this setting is applied will use the new mode.

Pre-Use Checklist

Make sure the following are true before enabling tracking conversion:

You have TC credits.
Your eBay "Ship from" address matches your Yaballe "Item location" (Settings > eBay Policies > Monitor Settings > Item Location).

Manual Tracking Entry Guidelines

If you're manually entering a tracking number into Yaballe, and want it to be converted by CoreTrails:

Use this format exactly:
Carrier: CoreTrails(capital C and T — exact spelling)

🛑 If you write "coretrails" or "Coretrails" or any other variation, eBay will NOT be able to track it.

FAQs

Q: What happens if I don’t have enough TC credits?
A: The auto ordering will stop until you load more TC credits to prevent you from having orders without tracking.

Q: Can I use this with orders placed manually on Amazon?
A: No, manual conversion has a fallback to Aquiline conversion.
