Auto-tracking for Manual Orders (ATMO) helps you automatically track orders that you fulfilled manually, without auto ordering. Once set, ATMO status might show a warning or an error in the Sold Items page, for an order with ATMO activated:
- ATMO Warning ATMO is still trying to fetch the order tracking info, however its taking longer than usual (>3 days & multiple attempts) - you may want to verify that the order ID and source account details are correct and fix them if need to.
If the warning cause is fixed (TC-credits are purchased, Amazon account user/password/2FA code is fixed, etc.) the system will recover from the ATMO warning by itself in its next attempts. - ATMO FAILED ATMO stopped trying to fetch the tracking info because it failed for too long (>6 days & multiple attempts). If the failure cause is fixed (TC-credits are purchased, Amazon account user/password/2FA code is fixed, etc.) you can reset ATMO for a new cycle by clicking the Track icon for the order.
Here is the list of the common reasons why ATMO might not be able to fetch the tracking info or convert it as requested:

Wrong Amazon Account access info | - Fix your Amazon access details (user, password, 2FA, proxy, etc.) in Yaballe > Settings > ORDERING, and save the changes. - Orders with ATMO WARNING status will recover by themselves (Yaballe will attempt to fetch the tracking with the new info). - Orders with ATMO FAILED status - you can reset ATMO for a new cycle by clicking the Track icon for the order |
Wrong Source Order ID or Amazon Account Name |
- Click the Track icon for the order, edit the source order details and save. - If the order ATMO status before the change was ATMO FAILED Yaballe will launch a new ATMO cycle, or otherwise will continue its current cycle using the new info you provided. |
AO-credits run-out |
- Purchase more AO-credits (Yaballe > Sold Items page, Buy AO Credits button) - Orders with ATMO WARNING status will recover by themselves (Yaballe will resume attempts to fetch the tracking info). |
TC-credits run-out and tracking need to be converted according to your settings |
- Purchase more TC-credits (Yaballe > Pricing > EXTRA ADD-ONS page) - Orders with ATMO WARNING status will recover by themselves (Yaballe will resume attempts to fetch the tracking info). |
