How to switch your eBay.com store to eBay.de?

With eBay stores facing restrictions in the USA, eBay.de (Germany) is an excellent option to get your store going - even if it was restricted from selling in the US.

Here is how to switch selling in your eBay store from eBay.com to eBay.DE:

Before Switching your Yaballe to eBay.de

• Make sure to delete in Yaballe and in eBay any active listing you may have in eBay.com / the US (Yaballe > Monitor page)
  
  
• Make sure that the Yaballe account you are going to switch to eBay.de isn't linked (cluster) to other Yaballe accounts that will remain selling in eBay.com. Linked accounts (cluster) must all have the same target market (e.g. all are eBay.com, or all are eBay.de). If you intend to manage a mix of stores in both eBay.com and eBay.de -- separate them into two different linked-accounts clusters, each with its own subscription plan. 
  • To unlink a Yaballe account from it's current (eBay.com) cluster : login to one of the other linked accounts in the cluster, go to Yaballe > Settings > Accounts > Additional Yaballe Connected Accounts, and unlink the account you wish to move to eBay.de
    
  • Connect the Yaballe account that will switch to eBay.de, to an active Yaballe subscription plan - either purchase a new plan (Yaballe > Pricing), or if you already have another Yaballe account selling in eBay.de with an active subscription plan - you can link them together to leverage the same plan.  
    
    
• Make sure to enable English translation in your eBay account:
  • Login to your eBay.de account using the same VPN / VPS that is connected to your  eBay.com store
  • Double-clicking on a blank space in your eBay account and selecting the Translate to English option 
    
    
• Make sure to create/adjust your business policies in eBay.de, for - payments, returns, and shipping (you'll need to update them later in Yaballe
  
  
• Make sure you have a Payoneer business - setting up a store subscription on eBay.de requires connecting a Payoneer business account. If a business Payoneer account isn't accessible, you can sell on eBay.de without a store subscription. However, if you list more than 320 items, eBay will charge you listing fees.

Switching Your Yaballe to eBay.de

• Login to Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT CHANGE, click the Change Site button, and select eBay Germany as your new target, and click the OK button.
  
  
  
  
• Now you need to update your business policies in eBay.de, and update them in Yaballe - according to your connection type:
  
  
  • If you're using an API Yaballe account - in Yaballe > Settings > EBAY POLICIES do this actions at this order:
    1. Click the Clear Policies from Yaballe button on the right.
    2. Click the Update Policies button on the left.
       
    3. Choose the default policies for each Returns, Shipping, Payment from teh dropdown options
    4. Click the Save -> button on the bottom right
       
       
       
       
  • If you're using a Non-API Yaballe account - in Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT OPTIONS click the Change Your Non-API eBay Details button and update your policy names for the ones of Germany. 
    
    
• If there are more accounts in your cluster that need to switch to Germany, repeat these actions for every account in your cluster.
