To Sync your listings to a new Yaballe account follow these steps:
Extract your listings from the previous monitor you've been using (CSV file), and continue as follows:
If you have a listings CSV file from you previous monitor
- Contact Yaballe Support to sync your listings to the new Yaballe account:
- Open a Support Ticket - clicking this link will open the ticket form in a new tab.
- Attach the Listings CSV File (you got in the previous step) to the ticket - using the Add File option at the bottom of the file
- Fill the ticket form with the remaining details:

Your email address Your Yaballe user email address (pre-filled if you are already logged to Yaballe at the same browser window) Topic Sync Listings (API) (pre-filled) Do you have a listings CSV file from the previous monitor? Yes I have listings CSV File (pre-filled)
I Have Attached Below the required Listings CSV File
Check to confirm that you have attached the Listings CSV File to the ticket
- Click the Submit button on the bottom.
- Open a Support Ticket - clicking this link will open the ticket form in a new tab.
- Yaballe support team will complete synching your listings and will notify you when done - wait for their notification before you proceed with any other steps.
- Disconnect the previous monitor you've been using, if you hadn't done it already. To ensure proper disconnection, check your eBay Third Party App Access page and verify your previous monitor permission is revoked.
- Important!! to force Yaballe stock & pricing update to all your existing eBay listings (first alignment) - apply one bulk change in your account (see here how)
If you don't have a listings CSV file from you previous monitor
- Contact Yaballe Support to help extract your listings file and sync your listings to the new Yaballe account:

Other-monitor Name
Type in the name of your previous monitor so we know where to extract the listings from
Other-monitor Login User Name
Type in your user name in the other-monitor so we can login to help with extracting your listings
Other-monitor Login Password
Type in your password in the other-monitor so we can login to help with extracting your listings
Stores to Extract
Type is the list of your eBay stores which listings you want us to extract and sync to Yaballe. If you have more than one store, type a comma delimited list (store1, store2, etc.)
Sources to Extract
Type is the list of your sources which listings you want us to extract and sync to Yaballe. If you have more than one source, type a comma delimited list (amazon.com, Walmart, Homedepot, etc.)
- Click the Submit button on the bottom.

- Yaballe support team will complete synching your listings and will notify you when done - wait for their notification before you proceed with any other setps.
