How to sync unmonitored items?

*The method described below is only valid if you’re using Yaballe API mode.*

For API users - if you only have a few items to sync:

1. In Yaballe, go to LISTER > ADD EBAY ITEMS.
2. Press the SYNC button — this will show you all the listings in your eBay account that are not monitored in Yaballe.
3. Sync any item from the list by pressing the ADD button.

For this action to succeed, the following conditions must be met:

• Valid ASIN: Each item must have a valid ASIN in the Source ID field. If the system doesn’t recognize it automatically (it will only do so if the ASIN is present in the item’s SKU on eBay), you’ll need to enter it manually. If your items aren’t sourced from Amazon, contact support to sync the listings for you.
• Profit Field: The Profit field must not be empty. This is only the $ profit — if you prefer to work with percentage profit, you can adjust it on the MONITOR page once the listing is synced.
• No Duplicate Monitoring: The listing (eBay Item ID) must not be monitored on any other Yaballe account.
• Unique ASIN/Source ID: The ASIN/Source ID must not already exist in the same Yaballe account.

This method works for Yaballe accounts with fewer than a few thousand existing listings. If your account is larger (e.g., the page fails to load after clicking the SYNC button) and you want to check your unmonitored listings, please contact support for assistance.

For Non-API (MIP) users and / or API users with more than 50 listings to sync:

Check out the following video. In short, you’ll need to send us a CSV list of your ASINs / Source IDs paired with your eBay item IDs via a support ticket, and we’ll sync it for you.
