In this article we compare the different available programs to connect to an eBay store. There are 2 connection methods:
1. API
2. Automatic Non-API
According to our users, Automatic Non-API connection is currently the best known practice for new eBay stores and especially combined together with Aquiline tracking -- so the store isn't flagged as a dropshipper's account in eBay. That means:
1. Avoid initial account verification.
2. Increase eBay limits easily.
3. Generate significantly more traffic (promotion & promoted).
4. Decrease the risk for store restrictions and/or closure.
NOTE: Moving existing API stores to Non-API is unlikely to change the store flagging.
Based on our users' experience, Automatic Non-API connection is best for new / young eBay accounts together with Aquiline tracking option.
