How to Relate a User Account To a Partner?

If you are a Yaballe partner, you need to relate your user account to your partner code, for them to:

• Automatically be included in any partner daily report you may be getting
• Automatically use your Yaballe service terms (e.g. Load Balance via Credit Card option, rates, etc.)
• If desired, leverage the list of you linked Amazon buyer accounts fro auto-ordering (without setting it again for each account)

To add or clear your partner code from a user account do this: 

Add Your Partner Code to a User Account (AKA tag account) 

You have two ways to add a partner code to a user account:

1. Link the account to an existing account cluster that is already tagged with your partner code (leverage the same subscription plan): 
   • Login to account that already has your partner code and an active subscription plan - and link to it the account you want to add (in Yaballe > Settings > ACCOUNTS)
     
     
2. Add a partner code via the account settings:
   • Login to the user account you want to tag with your partner code
     
   • Click the Change Partner Code button in Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT OPTIONS, and add your partner code
     
     
     
   • Approve that the partner code will apply to your account and to any other accounts that may be linked to this account (if any). The system will tehn add it and show you a confirmation message.
     
     

That's it! your account is now tagged with your partner code which means that:

• It will automatically be included in any partner daily report you may be getting
• It will automatically use your Yaballe service terms (e.g. Load Balance via Credit Card option, rates, etc.)
• You can include the user name in the linked accounts list for each of your Amazon buyer accounts, and the Amazon account will be part of its setup

Clear Your Partner Code From a User Account

• Login to the user account you want to tag with your partner code
  

• Click the Change Partner Code button in Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT OPTIONS
  If your account indeed have a partner code added to it already - the message will detail the current partner of this account. Click the Clear Partner button to remove it from the account
  
  
  
• Approve that the partner code will apply to you account and to any other accounts that are linked to this account (if any), and get a confirmation message
  
  

That's it! your account is no longer tagged with your partner code which means that:

• It won't be included in any partner daily report you may be getting
• It won't benefit from custom Yaballe service terms you may have 
• You can't include the user name in the linked accounts list of your Amazon buyer accounts (if you want the Amazon account to be setup for this account, you need to add it again in this account settings)
