Auto-ordering by Your Amazon Accounts auto-ordering mode is a good fit for users who maintain their own tax-exempted Amazon accounts, and want to automate the ordering process. The user's buyer accounts have the capacity to process all their orders at any price ranges (Prime accounts for orders below $25, and standard accounts for orders of $25 or more). Service Setup
1. Change auto-ordering mode

Select Auto-ordering by Your Amazon Accounts option In Yaballe > Settings > Ordering > Auto-ordering mode dropdown

Read the confirmation pop message and select your choice of what to do with with unprocessed orders that are already synched to the system before the mode changed (process them automatically too, or exclude them to avoid potential duplicates if you already processed them manually)

Choose your option, and click the Continue button
Note: when changing auto-ordering modes the service is first set to Pause status, so you have the time to set up everything (next steps) before auto-ordering actually starts
2. Add your Amazon accounts
You can add many Amazon accounts of different types (Prime and non-Prime), each with its own configuration (how many orders and the price range it can process).
While setting the configurations, make sure all the possible price ranges are covered and at the proper processing rate, so no order is left unprocessed or delayed.

Scroll down to the AUTO-ORDERING by Your Amazon Accounts section in Yaballe > Settings > Ordering, and click it to open its settings

Click +Add an Amazon Account button and fill in all the details in the AMAZON ACCOUNT pop-up window as shown below.
- Make sure you connected to your Amazon account, a credit card with a correct billing address (this is a must even if you want to use the GC option)
- If you have set Two Factor Authentication (2FA) in your Amazon account - Follow our Amazon 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) guide, or else just type in any 52 characters in the 2 Factor Authentication field (and make sure 2FA in not set in your account)
- If you use proxy - fill in its information, or else just leave it blank.
- Make sure you connected to your Amazon account, a credit card with a correct billing address (this is a must even if you want to use the GC option)

Click SAVE ACCOUNT and make sure this account's status shows On

Click + Add an Amazon Account button again to add more Amazon accounts
- Click the pencil icon to edit each account's details
- Click the red "X" to delete an account
3. Adjust other settings for safe automation

In the AUTO-ORDERING by Your Amazon Accounts section, change any of the settings according to your preference
- Max $ Order Price - don't auto-order items with source price higher than this value
- Max $ Loss Per Order - don't auto order items with loss higher than this. This is used to cover small price differences in source price that potentially happened after the item was bought by the end-user at a certain price.

Allow 3rd party Sellers - check this option to allow auto orders of items from 3rd party sellers (if your eBay shipping policy is compatible with their terms).

Click the Save button (otherwise the changes won't take effect)
4. Set tracking number conversion (if needed)
- Follow our Tracking Conversion setup guide
- Make sure you purchase TC-credits - if your set to convert tracking however there are no TC-credits, order processing will pause until you top-up more credits.
5. Purchase ao-credits
- Go to Yaballe > Pricing > EXTRA ADD-ONS > AUTO ORDERS & TRACKING UPDTAE or to Yaballe > Sold Items page, Buy AO Credits button
- Select the size of the package you wish to buy and Click the Buy Now! button (it will be charged to your subscription payment method)
Note: each auto-order costs 1 ao-credit
- Approve the purchase by clicking the OK button
- Read the pop-up message and select your choice for system behavior once the ao-credits are loaded.

6. Activate auto-ordering
- Set the AUTO-ORDERING by Your Amazon Accounts toggle to Active (if you haven't selected this option when you purchased AO-credits)

That's it! your auto-ordering is on and orders should start processing automatically.
