Kai is Yaballe's AI co-pilot — a chat assistant built right into the app. Open it anytime from the Kai button in the top bar, and ask questions about your sales, listings, settings, or eBay best practices in plain language. Kai answers instantly using your own account data, so you get insights without digging through reports. Kai is currently free for all Yaballe users.

- An active Yaballe account
- A connected eBay store (recommended — Kai gives account-specific answers based on your data)
What Kai Can Do
Click the ✦ Kai button at the top right of any page to open the chat panel, type a question, and hit send. Here's what Kai helps with:
Analyze your sales Kai pulls your recent order history, identifies your best-selling items, and calculates your total profit over any timeframe. Try: "What was my profit last month?" or "What are my top 5 sellers this week?"
Manage your listings Kai searches your active inventory to check pricing, stock status, and performance metrics like views and watchers. Try: "Which of my listings have the most watchers?"
Review your settings Kai looks up your current account configurations — profit margins, return policies, automated messaging settings, and more — so you don't have to hunt through the Settings tabs.
Answer your questions Kai knows Yaballe and eBay best practices, so you can ask anything from "how do I set up auto-ordering?" to general dropshipping guidance.

Kai and Onboarding
Kai is also your guide when you're new to Yaballe. On your first Dashboard visit, Kai greets you and asks whether you already have an eBay seller account — connect it right away, get help creating one, or skip and explore first. Skipping never blocks you; a dismissible Connect your Store reminder simply stays on your Dashboard until you connect.
From there, Kai walks you through your first listing:
- Product discovery — Kai shows you three winning products ready to sell.
- AI Title Optimization — Kai optimizes the product titles for eBay search.
- Drafts — the three ready-to-list items are placed on your Drafts page.
The only step that requires a connected eBay store is publishing. When you click List Item, Yaballe checks your connection in the background — if you're not connected yet, a quick popup helps you connect (with your PayPal/Payoneer email prefilled), and your listing then publishes automatically. No progress is lost.

Yes — that's what makes it useful. Kai reads your orders, listings, and settings to give answers specific to your business, not generic advice.
Can Kai make changes to my account?
No. Kai provides insights and answers; any changes to your listings or settings are made by you.
Can Kai be wrong?
