To contact Yaballe Support center, click the purple "Help" widget on your bottom right corner in Yaballe website:
To view and handle your existing tickets (as well as to open new tickets), click on "My requests" in Yaballe menu on the left:
A copy of all the correspondence would be sent to your Yaballe user email (in case you have a cluster of multiple linked users, it would be sent to your leading email).
IMPORTANT: Please open a separated ticket per each request / each Order ID.

After clicking on "HELP"
1. Type a keyword of your topic to continue:

3. Choose your topic (this is very important in order to get to the right agent directly):
4. Select the sub-topic, add your request details and click SEND:
5. Click "Go Back" on the following screen in case you need to open another ticket
