Before submitting a ticket, make sure you:
Are logged in to your Yaballe account.
Have relevant details ready (e.g., Order ID, ASIN, screenshots).
Can access the email linked to your Yaballe account.
Step-by-Step Instructions / Solution
1. Submit a New Support Ticket (Two Available Methods)
You can contact Yaballe Support using either the Help widget or the My Requests page.
Option A: Submit a Ticket via the Support Widget
Click the Support icon
Click the purple Support widget at the bottom-right corner of Yaballe's web pages.Search for an article
Enter keywords related to your issue. If no solution is found, continue.Select “Leave us a message”
Scroll down and click Leave us a message.Choose a category and fill in the form
Provide clear details and submit the ticket.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the ticket is created.
Option B: Submit a Ticket via My Requests
Open My Requests
Navigate to My Requests from the Yaballe left menu or from your Help Center profile menu (top right).Click “Submit a request”
Use the Submit a request button at the top of the page.Select a category
Choose the topic that best matches your issue.Fill in the ticket details
Add all relevant information (Order ID, links, screenshots).Submit the request
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the ticket is created.
Important:
Submit one ticket per issue or Order ID to ensure faster and accurate handling.
2. Track and Manage Your Requests
Go to “My Requests”
From the Yaballe left menu, click My Requests. Alternatively, click your profile icon on a Help Center page and select Requests.
View and filter tickets
Use the Status dropdown to filter by status:
Open - assigned and in progress
Awaiting your reply - awaiting your input
Solved - completed
Search your tickets
Use the search box to find tickets by ID or any relevant text in your request.
Open a ticket
Click the ticket title to view details, updates, and replies. Add a reply at the bottom if needed.
