This article explains how Enterprise users can quickly search for a specific order using an eBay or Amazon Order ID to view full fulfillment, tracking, refund, and buyer details - without opening a support ticket.
This feature is designed for established sellers, multi-store dropshippers and operators who need fast, independent access to order information across their business partner accounts.
Prerequisites / Requirements
A Yaballe Enterprise login
The order must belong to your Business Partner / Super Business Partner
A valid eBay Order ID or Amazon Order ID
Step-by-Step Instructions / Solution
Log in to your Yaballe account using your Enterprise credentials.
Navigate to the order search area (Enterprise order search).

Enter the order ID in the search field:
Use an eBay Order ID or
Use an Amazon Order ID
Run the search.

Review the order details, including:
Fulfillment status
Tracking number
Refund status and amount (if applicable)
Buyer details
The system will instantly return results as long as the order is within your Yaballe business partner scope.
Troubleshooting / Common Issues
Issue: No results found for the order ID
Solution:
Verify the order belongs to your Yaballe business partner
Confirm the order ID is correct (eBay / Amazon)
Ensure the order is not from an external or unlinked account
