Enterprise Hub - Manage at scale

Managing multiple users or clusters used to mean logging in and out of accounts and repeating the same tasks. With Enterprise Hub, you can manage them all from one place.

The Mega Bulk (Multi-Account Lister)

The first feature inside Enterprise Hub is the Mega Bulk Lister (Multi-Account Lister). Instead of uploading products one by one, you can now use a single file to distribute listings across all users & clusters linked to your Business Partner code — with built-in ASIN verification and reporting.

How It Works

Pre-Upload Verification

• Each ASIN is checked against system-wide restrictions (like VeRO) and account-specific rules (blocked keywords/ASINs).

• Items that don’t qualify are flagged, and you receive a report explaining why.

Bulk Upload Processing

• Products are distributed to the correct accounts based on the email in your file.

• Each account’s settings are applied automatically (profit margins, break-even, daily limits, duplicate handling, etc.).

Clear Reporting

• After the upload, you receive an email summary with success/failure counts per account.

• A detailed CSV with error reasons is attached for troubleshooting.

Getting Started

1. Make sure you are logged in to your Yaballe Enterprise account (to create it, please contact our Sales Manager).

2. Prepare your ASINs lists in separate files per condition (e.g., one file for New, one file for Open Box).

Each CSV file must include exactly two columns:

Column A: asin – contains the Amazon product IDs (ASINs).

Column B: email – contains the Yaballe user ID (email address), which identifies the account/store where the product should be uploaded.

3. Go to Mega-Bulk in the left menu:

4. Drag & drop or upload your CSV.

5. Select the condition and click Deploy.

The file will be uploaded according to each user settings - whether it's your daily automatic listing limitation or VeRO or Keywords Filter settings, as well as your settings regarding duplicates ASINs amongst accounts linked to one cluster.

IMPORTANT:

Results

• Results are sent to the email tied to your Enterprise login.

• You’ll see a per-account summary of successes vs. failures, plus a CSV with detailed errors:
