Auto Limit is an intelligent control that automatically manages how many new items each connected eBay store can list, based on that store’s available eBay selling limit. It helps multi-store dropshippers and store operators prevent over-listing while ensuring every store uses its capacity efficiently. Currently available only for non-API (MIP) users.
Prerequisites / Requirements
A Yaballe non-API (MIP) account with your eBay store connected
Your eBay account must have active selling limits (as defined by eBay)
Step-by-Step Instructions / Solution
In Yaballe Navigate to Settings > General > More > Lister Setting.
Check the checkbox "Limit Monitored Items" and type the amount of items you allow Yaballe lister to list as maximum per day (as long as your yaballe subscription limit also allows):
Troubleshooting / Common Issues
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| The store still over-lists | Make sure Auto Limit is enabled for the correct store (or “All stores”), then re-save settings. Also verify you don’t have another listing tool/process running outside Yaballe. |
| Limits look incorrect | eBay limits can change over time. Edit your limit number any time your ebay limits have changed and you want to list more. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who is Auto Limit best for?

Q: What is the main benefit?
A: It prevents wasted capacity and ensures controlled growth by automatically balancing listing volume across stores according to each store’s available eBay limit.
Q: Does Auto Limit increase my eBay limits?
A: No. It only helps you operate within your existing eBay limits more efficiently.
