Confirm what can trigger deletions

Listings may be deleted if:
They are protected for more than X days
They have zero sales and low views
They have not sold for X days
Their title contains a blacklist term
They are identified as a VeRO brand listing
They exceed X returns/refunds

Understand how the logic is applied
Each filter runs independently in sequential checks.
If multiple filters apply to the same listing, each filter will still execute its own deletion logic according to its rules.
