This article explains how to choose and purchase a Yaballe subscription plan, including available billing options, add-ons you can include at checkout, and accepted payment methods.
Prerequisites
- An active Yaballe account
- A connected payment method (Payoneer, PayPal, or credit card via Stripe)
Steps
- Navigate to Yaballe > Pricing from the left menu.
- The pricing page defaults to Annual billing. Toggle to Monthly if preferred (Annual plans are available at a discounted rate):
- Select your desired plan size.
- Review the plan details, then click Choose.
- In the Subscribe popup, select your preferred payment method and complete the payment in your provider's secure window:
- Pay with Payoneer balance
- Pay with PayPal balance
- Pay with Credit Card (via Stripe)

Optional — Add-ons: Before confirming, you can add the following optional add-ons to your subscription:
- AO Credits — for Auto Order fulfillment from your Amazon accounts
- TC Credits — for tracking conversions to tracking numbers compatible with eBay
- AI Credits — for AI-powered features (Title Optimizer)
- Product Finder Credits - for Product Finder

Once payment is complete you're subscribed to Yaballe.
Troubleshooting / Common Issues
My payment failed. Verify that your Payoneer/PayPal balance is sufficient, or that your credit card details are up to date. Try again or switch to a different payment method.
I don't see the annual/monthly toggle. Make sure you're on the Pricing page (left menu). The toggle appears at the top of the plan selector — Annual is selected by default.

Q: Can I switch between monthly and annual billing after subscribing?
Yes, switching from monthly to yearly on the same plan size or higher is immediate (you are charged for the delta until your next charge). From yearly to monthly - will take effect only from the next charge date.
Q: Can I add credits or add-ons after I've already subscribed?
Yes — add-ons can be purchased at any time from the Pricing > Extra Add-Ons section.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
Payoneer balance, PayPal balance, and credit card (via Stripe).
Q: What happens if I exceed my plan's listing limit?
Your account will be blocked until you upgrade to a plan that covers your listing count.
