The FILTERS settings options (available in Settings > FILTERS) allows you to set preference for sourcing items from these sources:
4 - AMAZON OPEN-BOX ITEMS options (Yaballe service add-on at extra charge)
Note when you apply settings in Yaballe:
1. Always use the Save -> button on the bottom left to apply your settings changes.
2. Once you save your settings, it will take effect on your future listing immediately, and on your existing listings after the next monitor cycle.

1 - AMAZON Filter Options
AMZON filter options helps you source the items that will fit your store policy and meet your profit criteria.
It is imperative that you apply these settings from the get go.
The setting options (available in Settings > FILTERS > AMAZON) include:
Option | Description |
Seller Shipping Time |
Filter Amazon sellers based on their handling time (to avoid lingering handling). Few options for your choice (multiple choice is allowed): 0-2 days, 3-7 days, 8-13 days, 14 or more days. Best Practice: choose the first option: 0-2 days. |
Seller FeedBack |
Filter Amazon sellers based on their % feedback (to avoid poor quality sellers). Few options for your choice (multiple choice is allowed): 98-100%, 95-97%, 90-94%, 80-89%, 70-79%, Less than 70%, Just launched. Best Practice: choose the first 3-4 options: 98-100%, 95-97%, 90-94%, and possibly 80-89%. |
Seller Minimum FeedBack Count |
Filter Amazon sellers based on the total number feedback (to avoid new inexperienced sellers). Best Practice: in case you opt in the Accept Only Fulfilled By Amazon Offers option, then you may put in number as low as 10. |
Accept Only Fulfilled By Amazon Offers |
Filter Amazon sellers based on their inventory placement - Amazon or third-party (to avoid sellers with possibly less convenient shipping & return terms). This setting apply to your entire eBay store. If you want to allow third-party sellers for specific items only - you can turn off the FBA filter toggle in the specific item row on Monitor page. Best Practice: Prefer FBA sellers. If you choose to uncheck this option and allow third-party sellers, you should consider specifying at least 120 on the Seller Minimum Feedback Count - to rely on the more experienced and valued sellers. |
Allow Add-On Items |
Filter Amazon products that are add-ons (to avoid dependency of products in your cart). Keep the option unchecked if you don't want to allow add-on items in the store. Once you uncheck this option:

2 - ALIEXPRESS Filter Options
ALIEXPRESS filter options helps you source the items that will fit your store policy and meet your profit criteria.
If you are sourcing items from AliExpress, it is imperative that you apply these settings from the get go.
The settings options (available in Settings > FILTERS > ALIEXPRESS) include:

Shipping Companies |
Filter AliExpress sellers based on their shipping options (to avoid lingering or inconsistent or untraceable handling). Few options for your choice (multiple choice is allowed): ePacket, AliExpress Standard Shipping, AliExpress Premium Shipping, China Post Registered, Hongkong Post Air Mail, EMS, DHL, Other. Note: the monitor will automatically choose and add to the product price, the cheapest shipping to US option.
Best Practice: If and when you change your policies in eBay, make sure to update the monitor settings as well, to keep it in sync. |

3 - WALMART Filter Options
WALMART filter options helps you source the items that will fit your store policy and meet your profit criteria.
If you are sourcing items from Walmart, it is imperative that you apply these settings from the get go.
The settings options (available in Settings > FILTERS > WALMART) include:

Filter Walmart products based on their availability status (to avoid many sales that cannot be supplied later on). Few options for your choice (multiple choice is allowed): Available, Limited Supply, Last Few Items, Not available. |
Minimum Stock Quantity |
Filter Walmart products based on their inventory minimum quantity - such that the product will appear as out-of-stock / in protected mode (to avoid many sales that cannot be supplied). Minimum Value: 1 (don't leave blank) Maximum Value: 60 Best Practice: number in the range of 5-10 (because typically the stock in Walmart runs out relatively fast and also ended items don't always return to stock sometime unannounced). |
Sold By Walmart |
Filter Walmart product based on their supplier - Walmart only (check to avoid sellers with possibly less convenient shipping & return terms) or third-party too (unchecked). This setting apply to your entire eBay store. |
Walmart+ (If enabled, monitored shipping price is $0 for orders below $35) |
By default, the monitor adds $5.99 to any Walmart source price (also calculated in eBay item pricing) to source items below $35 - to reflect Walmart average shipping cost. Check this option if you want to automatically remove shipping cost from your calculated source and eBay pricing for items below $35 (if you are using Walmart+ buyer account to source your supplies, Walmart will allow free shipping also to orders below $35). |
