This article explains the most common reasons why an order remains in Long Processing status in Yaballe’s Automated Ordering (AO) and provides clear solutions to resolve each scenario. It is intended for users who place orders through their own Amazon accounts.
Prerequisites / Requirements
An active Yaballe account with Automated Ordering enabled
At least one Amazon buyer account connected to Yaballe
Access to Yaballe Settings
Basic familiarity with Amazon checkout and payment settings
Step-by-Step Causes & Solutions
1. Proxy Settings Issues
Automated Ordering relies on valid proxy configuration.
Solution:
Navigate to Yaballe Settings where your Amazon buyer accounts are configured.
-
Choose one of the following:
Leave proxy fields empty to use Yaballe’s default US-based proxy.
Enter your own proxy details.
-
If using your own proxy, verify the following:
The proxy is private.
The proxy uses a static IP (dynamic IPs are not supported).
-
Confirm the proxy IP:
Search “Find my IP” on Google.
Ensure the displayed IP matches the proxy IP entered in Yaballe.
2. Credit Card Currency Does Not Match Amazon Marketplace
A currency mismatch can prevent AO from completing checkout.
Solution:
-
Confirm the Amazon marketplace you are using:
amazon.com → USD
amazon.co.uk → GBP
amazon.fr / amazon.de / amazon.es / amazon.it → EUR
Place one manual order on Amazon using the affected buyer account.
During checkout, select the correct currency when prompted.
Complete the order.
Amazon will save this currency preference, allowing AO to reuse it automatically.
3. Order Is Older Than 14 Days
Orders that are too old cannot be processed by AO.
Solution:
Go to Yaballe > Sold Items.
Check the SOLD ON date.
-
If the order is older than 14 days:
Exclude it from Automated Ordering.
Place the order manually.
Note: Orders older than 14 days fail silently and do not generate a specific error message.
4. No Amazon Account Matches Order Criteria
AO requires at least one Amazon account that fully matches the order conditions.
Examples:
The order cost is $25.01, but your Amazon account limit is set to $25 max.
Required Amazon account settings are missing or contradictory.
Solution:
Go to Yaballe Settings > Amazon Accounts.
-
Review each account’s limits and configuration:
Maximum order value
Daily/hourly order limits
Time gaps between orders
-
Ensure:
Order price fits within account limits.
All required fields are filled.
Settings are logically consistent (e.g., order frequency and gap timing).
