Orders Aren't Processing Automatically or Delayed - Why and How to Fix It?

If you are working in one of Yaballe's auto-ordering mode, you can expect orders to process automatically. 

 

When you notice that your orders are not processing at all, or they are delayed - it is usually one of these issues:

  1. Resources Issue (no active Amazon accounts | no AO-credits | no BCE-credits | not enough balance). In this case the system can't continue to process orders and will Pause, with a warning message and the orders will remain in Pending or Processing status until the issue in fixed.

  2. Settings Issue (Amazon accounts rules | processing filter settings | pause | order too old). In this case the system won't automatically process the orders that don't fit the settings, and the orders will remain in Processing status.
    For example: if your Max Order Price Allowed is $100, the system will not process orders with source price higher than this.  

  3. Amazon Ordering Issue (Error, Cancelled) - in this case the order status will reflect its result. If Error - it wasn't placed, If Cancelled - Amazon cancelled the order after it was made. 

 

The following table lists all the things you need to check and how to handle them:

  • Fix your accounts issues and/or update it's details in Yaballe: user + password, proxy, etc.
  • Change accounts status toggle to Active 
Your Amazon accounts rules restrict processing of orders out of the price range or only few orders per day
These modes only:
Auto-ordering by Your Amazon Accounts, Hybrid Auto-ordering
  • Update your rules to cover all price ranges and/or increase the daily ordering rate
  • If you don't have enough Amazon accounts to cover all order processing, consider working in Hybrid mode (use your accounts for orders above certain source price, and Yaballe 's accounts fro the rest)

Your processing filter settings restrict the order (Max Price, Max Loss, 3rd Party Sellers)

All auto-ordering modes, each processing queue has its own processing filter settings
  • Exclude the order, and process it manually, OR Update your settings, and RETRY (button) the failed order. Note:
    • If you change the settings, make sure that it is done in the right processing queue (Your Amazon Account, or Yaballe Amazon Accounts)
    • Changing settings will apply to all future orders as well
  • If you don't have enough Amazon accounts to cover all order processing, consider working in Hybrid mode (use your accounts for orders above certain source price, and Yaballe 's accounts for the rest)

The order is older than 14 days (system default)

The error details can be seen by hovering over the order status

  • If the system has paused the service due to resources issues, you should see a warning message detailing the reason - address the issue before activating the service or the system will prevent it.
  • Change the toggle to Active mode
