Once Yaballe connects to your store (via API connection, or via Non-API connection), you should expect to see your eBay orders in Yaballe > Sold Items page as well.
If this is not the case, here are the possible reasons and how to handle them:
Possible Reason |
What to do? |
Item doesn't exist in Yaballe Monitor page
|
- Non-API users: contact Yaballe Support
- API users up-to 3,000 listings: use the Sync button in Yaballe> Lister> SYNC EBAY ITEMS
- API users over 3,000 listings: contact Yaballe support
|
eBay token is disconnected
|
- Non-API users: click the Change you Non-API Details button and update your token details, in Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT SETTINGS
If the token was disconnected for a while -- after adding your new token, you'll get this message and can choose: how far back to sync your orders from eBay (last 24 hours, or last 5 days), and if to activate your auto-ordering (not yet, or immediately)

- API users: - click the Reconnect to eBay button in Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT SETTINGS
|
Orders are too old to sync
|
- Non-API users: orders sync 24 hours back by default, and 5 days back upon explicit request with our support team. eBay Non-API protocol does not provide a way to retrieve orders older than that.
- API: orders sync back 7 days back by default, and longer upon explicit request with our support team.

eBay feed file type isn't set as CSV
(Non-API only)
|
- Non-API Users: set your feed type to CSV:
- Go to your eBay feed schema page: https://www.mip.ebay.com/settings/feedschema
- Opt-in the eBay format option
- Choose CSV on the Select the file type dropdown
- Click the Save changes button

- Wait 30-60 minutes, and you should see all your eBay selling from the last 24 hours in Yaballe > Sold Items page
|
eBay known issue for first order sync
|
- In your eBay account, manually generate orders report once, from there it will flow
