Congratulations on moving to Yaballe Fully-Automatic Non-API Monitoring.
In case your eBay account has no existing listings at all, skip directly to # I below.
In case you do have existing listings - we have good news for you! It is absolutely possible to start your account and migrate your existing listing to ensure your store continuity, or to switch an existing account. However, in order for it to work, your listings need to be prepared in a certain way (apply SKUs) before Automatic Non-API is set.
Very Important Note!!
- Follow the steps carefully in the specific correct order to ensure your listings are ready properly before certain setup steps take place - after which migration won't be possible anymore.
- Choose the right migration path to ensure its success - the steps are different based on your previous monitoring method (api, non-api chrome extension, automatic non-api) and wrong steps could make migration impossible later on.
Choose your start with Yaballe Automatic Non-API:
I - Start Yaballe Automatic Non-API - without existing listings (fresh)
Before enabling Automatic Non-API
- Make sure you have a Yaballe Non-API Account.
- Make sure you don't need to migrate any existing listings to Yaballe - after next steps (enabling automatic non-API) it will be possible to list new items in the future, however it will no longer be possible to migrate and monitor old listings in your automatic non-API account.
- Get your automatic non-API details from eBay - keep them handy for the next steps.
Enabling Automatic Non-API
- Login to your Yaballe Non-API account.
- Go to Yaballe > Settings > ADVANCED > ADVANCED ACCOUNT CHANGES, click the Change Non-API Details yellow button
- Fill in you eBay MIP details (collected in the previous step), and click the Update button
- Make sure you don't need to sync any listings from another monitor, and click the Continue button:
Note: if you do have listings to sync from another monitor, click the Cancel button, and contact Yaballe support before you enable your Non-API connection. - Now you should receive a confirmation message that the details are updated.
After enabling Automatic Non-API
- To minimize the risk of flagging your store, in addition to the Non-API connection, make sure you turn on the Convert all tracking numbers (instant tracking ID & single sender address) option in Yaballe > Settings > AUTO ORDERS > TRACKING CONVERSION.
You will need to add a Single Sender Address and Verify the address in order to turn on this option.
Note: your verified Single Sender Address must be identical to your eBay Warehouse Location. - Test that everything is working properly - try to list an item and see that it appears in eBay and in Yaballe properly.
Note: consider that in Automatic Non-API listing can take up-to 30 minutes to reflect both in eBay and/or Yaballe.
Your account is now setup with Automatic non-API connection! You may start adding new listings or complete other initial setup tasks.
II - Start Yaballe Automatic Non-API - with listings from other Automatic Non-API monitor
Before enabling Automatic non-API
