For those of you who do NOT use our new Auto Ordering service, Yaballe offers Automatic tracking update service for Amazon sourced items (BCE conversion would be manual).

*Users on Yaballe auto orders do not need to buy this feature - it's included in auto orders pricing.

The service is based on update of Amazon Order Numbers in Order ID column on your Yaballe Sold Items page.

Currently supported on ebay.com, ebay.de, ebay.co.uk and ebay.fr.

The service updates your trucking numbers 24/7 automatically every hour. 

However, the option to convert AMZL / TBA tracking numbers would still be available using manual conversion (the system would skip the TBA numbers and leave them for manual conversion and update). Click here to see how to convert manually.

How to make the auto-tracking work?

Once you subscribe to the service, a new page will appear in your monitor menu - Auto Tracking page:

All the updated tracking numbers, as well as a BlueCare numbers counter of your manual conversions would appear on that page for your convenience.

A. SUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICE on PRICING PAGE > EXTRA ADD-ONS:

B. SETTINGS > ACCOUNTS > AUTO TRACKING UPDATE

Once subscribed, check your Auto tracking settings:

  1. If you want us to update all you tracking numbers simply the way they come from Amazon, including Amazon logistics numbers without conversion into BlueCare, check the following: 

2. If you want us to update all your tracking numbers while skipping Amazon logistic numbers so you can convert & updaet them manually check this option: 

3. The third option would skip ALL your tracking mumbers (left from previous option, but not relevant as from May 1st):

D. Make sure to copy your Order number from Amazon in the end of Amazon checkout into Order ID column in Yaballe > SELLINGS page.

Copy the number exactly as it is, without changing it and without adding anything to it, like this:

Copy your order number from Amazon:

Click the "+" in Order ID column of your sale's row:

Paste your Order number & hit the V button to save it.
